Looking for a machine quilting class

Are there any classes offered in Columbia, South Carolina for machine quilting?

Hi Tammie!

Unfortunately, I don't maintain a listing of quilting classes throughout the country on the website. However...

...I do have a listing of quilt stores. Click here to see the listings I have for quilt shops in South Carolina.

I've listed the store's name, address and phone number so that you can contact a local store in your area.

You may also want to check with a guild in your area and I got listings of South Carolina quilt guilds, too. I include the website or facebook page so that you can get in contact with them.

I hope this helps.

If you don't find anything close to you, may I suggest you check out an online quilting class. I've a big fan of them because you can play them over and over. They don't wear out! :D

Good luck to you. If you have specific questions as you're learning, I'll be happy to try and help!

Piecefully,

Craftsy Classes
by: Sue

I am currently taking a Craftsy class and really like it. The biggest problem seems to be slow video but I haven't had that problem in a few weeks. It seems to be a common problem. With a Craftsy class you can email the instructor, take notes as the video goes along and have access to all your classmates questions. You go at your own pace and the class is always available. I decided to go the Craftsy way primarily because it is at my own pace and I have access to the instructor(replies have been very fast).

From the Editor: Thank you so much for adding your experience with the Craftsy classes. I really enjoy them, too! I especially love that I access the class--meaning that it isn't stored on my computer. That way it doesn't take up any space on my hard drive and when my computer dies...and that's happened twice now...the class isn't lost, I just log back in.

Thanks, Sue, for sharing! I appreciate it!
