Celebration of France giving the US the Statue of Liberty - do your know the name of the pattern?

by Coline Simmons
(Woodburn, Oregon)

The top was given to my quilt group. They used it as a fundraiser so I bought what was in the box.

I am now done hand quilting it. It was started in 1988 and I am getting ready to bind it now.

It is a celebration quilt of France giving the US the Statue of Liberty 1886. I would like to know the name of the pattern to document it properly.

Thank you.
