Baby Lock Allegro

Just bought a Baby Lock Allegro and have to say it was a total waste of money. This thing simply won’t keep good tension and no amount of dial turning helps. It also does this weird surging right out of the box.

After only a month I had to have it serviced for tension issues, and it only works for part of a project before it is bad again. Also does not tackle thick projects well.

My service man said Baby Lock does not even make this machine but a third party manufacturer!

Would never have bought it if I knew that. This has been a very expensive mistake.
