Capitol Quilt Show 2009

The Colorado Quilting Council is a statewide guild that meets 10 times a year in different locations across the state.

The Guild also sponsors:
  • Quilt-A-Fair in Longmont in September
  • The Capitol Quilt Show with over 200 quilts in the State Capitol in Denver
  • Quilt Colorado, a week long event with classes, banquets and a vendors mall in Loveland
Membership advantages include a library, 'Colorado Threads'—our 30+ page monthly newsletter, two retreats a year, and many more wonderful benefits.
 
Meeting Location:As we are a state guild, meeting locations are spread throughout the state. Click here for specific meeting locations
 
Meeting Day and Time:    4th Saturday of the month
January through October

November's and December's meetings are combined and held on the first Saturday in December

'Quilt-a-Fair' replaces the September meeting

This quilt show is free and open to the public during normal State Capital business hours, 7:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

The exhibit contains approximately 250 quilts, both new and antique, created by many talented quilters from Colorado.
