What is the name of this floral applique pattern?

Does anyone know what this quilt pattern is?

I would describe it as a circle with flowers (sunflowers, maybe?) at the "corners". At north, south, east and west outside the circle, there are flowers that could be tulips.

Inside the circle, there are arrows (?) pointing toward the "tulips." The quilt was made by my great-grandmother. She could have created the design. I have one quilt that she made commemorating Lindbergh's trans-Atlantic flight; I call it the "Lindy Flyer" and I have never seen another quilt with that airplane pattern.

Thanks for your help!
