My name is Pat Johnson - I am a Gilbert, Arizona resident and recent retiree. I have launched my own business, Photo Arts Boutique, creating custom photo art in several media – wood, ceramic, and fabric.

You can see all of my custom products on my website at www.PhotoArtsBoutique.com, but I especially wanted to tell you about my custom photo quilt squares.

Quality Quilt Square Transfers

Currently available fabric photo processes are done using a home printer – and ink jet printer ink is water soluble – producing squares that will fade and run if washed. If you use iron on transfers – they crack over time – I know – I spent many hours making quilts for my grandchildren from the iron on transfers, only to see them crack in just a few years. I searched for a better way – and found a much superior process!

I use a dye sublimation process to create your quilt squares. Using dyes under heat and pressure produce superior photo quality images.

I print the photos with dye, not water soluble ink, and use a heat press to transfer the dye into the fabric itself. Since the color is absorbed directly into the material, the photo squares are colorfast and completely washable!

This is neither a coating nor a transfer. Our polyester photo squares have a soft and luxurious feel - the sublimated fabric feels just like fabric should! Not stiff.

I am pleased to offer your members a special offer - 6 quilt squares for the price of 5! Just order 5 squares and enter 'Buy 5 get 6' in the Order Instructions. Order as many as you want -- you will get 1 free for every 5 ordered!

I look forward to helping you create memories as you create quilts!

Thank you for your time,

Pat Johnson

This is Great!
by: Missie (Quilt Stop)

I have customers who are always looking for someone who can take their photos and transfer them on fabric so they (the customers) can make a photo quilt. Can you send me a sample to show and your information and possibly an estimate of cost that I can give to customers who ask? I have a page through Generations also so you can get my info from it. Thanks!
