For my granddaughter, Ripley.

I designed this quilt block and quilt using an Electric Quilt product. It was my first attempt at designing my own pattern.

I had just bought a new sewing machine and went nuts sampling all the fancy stitches. I kind of like the way it came out. Quilting is always a learning process for me and I like to try some new technique with every one.

Thank you, Anne.

It was also my first experience with machine quilting. I had a few frustrations but worked through them. Every "mistake" I chose to take as a learning opportunity.

The quilt was well received and is being loved.

Thank you for all the useful information on this site. It's my Go-To for finding and creative solutions to common piecing and quilting questions.

You and your readers have so much quilting experience, wisdom and good advise.

Happy quilting, all!

Love it!

I love everything about your quilt...that it's for your granddaughter, the colors, that you designed it yourself.

She's a VERY lucky girl!
