The form is rejecting my photo because it is too big. What do I do?
Enter your store information into the form and leave the picture blank. Then, email all of your pictures to me at hdfbyjulie@live.com and identify your store so I can match them up correctly.
The form is rejecting my description because it is too long. What do I do?
Paste your description and send it to me in an email and I will merge it together with the pictures to create your page.
Do I need to include all the basic information? Can I provide more?
The description of your store is yours to write. It can be long or short. Just the basics&8212;or all sorts of extra information you think would be appealing to your potential customers.
Our shop is NOT in the US, can we still list it?
ABSOLUTELY! We regularly have visitors from over 100 countries every month. ALL shops are welcome to add their information to this directory.
Is it really free?
There is no charge, no bill, no invoice. The only thing you have to do is write your description into the form, enter a photo of your store (interior, exterior or log) and email at least three additional photos of quilts with the name of the piecer or appliquer, name of who quilted the quilt and pattern name and designer so I can give credit where credit is due.
Once my site hits 500 unique visitors a day, I will re-evaluate whether or not to charge a small fee. If I do implement a fee and you have already listed your site, you will never be charged. That's a promise!
How long does it take for my page to be put up on the website?
Your page should appear in less than a week, unless submissions are unusually heavy. If I'm running a backlog, I will put a notice on the submission page as to turnaround time.
