I thought that, perhaps, this was a Judy Niemeyer pattern but was unable to find it on her website, www.quiltworx.com/patterns.

Mariner's Compass Pattern

This looks very much in the style of Jacqueline de Jonge (Be Colorful Quilts), but I cannot find it on her website. It looks to me like maybe this quilt contains several of the Be Colorful design elements put into one quilt for an original one-of-a-kind piece? I certainly hope someone would post the link to the designer and pattern if they find it.
