I have a friend...she lost her best friend - a long time friend.

For this friend's funeral and giveaway she asked me to make a memorial quilt. It was springtime and I finished this at my friend's house ... so I could create it there with the warmth and memories - in each stitch. You know you think about the love this lady left behind...her smile...her laughter...her struggles and triumphant moments.

I know my friend still misses her friend. And in time, it won't hurt as much. Hugs to my friend, Pauline, for allowing me to share this time with her.
