Bernina bobbin

I bought a Bernina Artista 630 2 years ago and I am still having problems with the bobbin falling out every time I change it.

I have followed all suggestions - putting it in 10 to 2, click, turn and second click etc. but it still takes several attempts to get it to stay in. I know a number of other people have the same problem.

Does anyone know if this problem has been resolved on current models?
